Brent brings over 25 years of butchery expertise, starting with his apprenticeship in Temora, NSW. With experience managing retail stores and working with leading meat suppliers, he now focuses on combining his skills with old-fashioned service to offer the finest cuts and a welcoming instore experience.

Amy, a proud Canberra local, keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. She handles operations and curates a pantry stocked with unique gourmet products – from specialty sauces and marinades to artisan snacks. Amy’s commitment to fostering community and an inviting space where locals feel like family.
